There are two versions of the tweak. Rotary Lock Lite which just has the one theme, and the the full Rotary Lock which has several different styles of locks to choose from. The full version only costs $0.99 and is well worth it for those who want a more unique looking lock screen.
Overall the tweak is definitely worth it. Give the free version a try just to make sure it works and is to your liking, then if you really like it, give the full version a try to get much more customization.
